For as long as she can remember, Emily has had a passion for working with words. She holds a BA in English and Professional Writing from the University of Northern Iowa and has written content for various niches in the SaaS space including enterprise AI, eLearning, and culture management. Her favorite aspect of writing is paring down complex ideas into easily digestible information. She enjoys both the creative and technical sides of writing, taking inspiration from Shakespeare as well as video game tutorials. Emily lives in Minnesota with her husband and two very pampered cats.
