Kathleen has been working in the People space for over a decade and has had the privilege of leading people initiatives teams for multiple high-growth startups in a variety of industries: autonomous vehicles, professional services, health tech, and enterprise SaaS. She’s a builder at heart, intrigued by the study of building engaging, high-performing organizations, and she feels incredibly lucky to be able to put this into practice every day as Ninety’s Head of HR.
