Custom Questions for Quarterly Discussions
Quarterly and annual discussions are among the most essential tools teams have as they work together to build a great company. Our 1-on-1 tool now features customized questions for these conversations so they can be as unique and valuable as possible in aligning with your company’s needs.
Your performance management processes should be a fluid and easy part of leading your team. That’s why we’ve built an approach to sharing perspectives on performance that is centered around two-way feedback, rooting discussions in core values, roles and responsibilities and data.
Reasons to love this feature:
While Ninety provides a great framework for quarterly and annual discussions, we understand that building great teams means evaluating those teams based on specific criteria. This new platform feature lets you edit, add, or delete questions to get to those specifics, enabling conversations that allow for meaningful, valuable feedback and coaching. Because when you’re running better discussions that align with your business needs, you drive better alignment — and enable growth and development — with all your teams. That’s why we’re so focused on providing more customization for quarterly discussions and a more seamless experience in managing those discussions.
Key benefits:
- Team members receive valuable and contextual feedback every quarter to help them develop and thrive in the organization.
- Create custom quarterly discussions that align with your business by editing, adding, or deleting questions as you see fit.
- Evaluate your team on the thing that matters most to your business not just annually, but every quarter.
- Great teams lead to great companies, and this new feature enables the kind of discussions that help build, maintain, and retain high-performing teams.
How it works:
Within the quarterly section of the 1-on-1 tool, click the “Settings” gear icon. Within the settings for quarterly discussions, you will see the ability to add or edit custom questions or delete existing questions.
You can remove sections or custom questions within the setting section for quarterly discussions (and re-arrange the order they appear, too).
You can also edit a discussion you’ve have already created by selecting the conversation. A settings panel will appear on the right side of your screen. This lets you change the name of your discussion and the date of the discussion (within the preset date range).
