Custom Questions for Quarterly Discussions

Quarterly and annual discussions are among the most essential tools teams have as they work together to build a great company. Our 1-on-1 tool now features customized questions for these conversations so they can be as unique and valuable as possible in aligning with your company’s needs.

How it works:

Within the quarterly section of the 1-on-1 tool, click the “Settings” gear icon. Within the settings for quarterly discussions, you will see the ability to add or edit custom questions or delete existing questions. 

You can remove sections or custom questions within the setting section for quarterly discussions (and re-arrange the order they appear, too). 

You can also edit a discussion you’ve have already created by selecting the conversation. A settings panel will appear on the right side of your screen. This lets you change the name of your discussion and the date of the discussion (within the preset date range).
