Microsoft To Do Integration: Now in Beta Testing

We recognize many Ninety users have multiple tools they use to be productive, and we want to help make it even easier. Our latest integration is now in beta testing, so you can say goodbye to manual task entry and juggling multiple apps in your daily routine. It’s time to simplify your workflow with seamless Ninety and Microsoft To Do integration.

Why you'll love this feature:

This integration supports a centralized task management system, minimizing the risk of overlooked or forgotten tasks. After completing a simple setup, users will have a more straightforward, streamlined experience without the burden of manually entering their Ninety To-Dos into Microsoft’s platform. Reduce time spent on busywork and the chances for human error by automatically syncing your Ninety To-Dos with the Microsoft To Do application — and use the time you gain back for more impactful, strategic work.

Key Benefits

Enhanced productivity and team alignment: Centralize task management without losing track of To-Dos, improving workflow efficiency and team alignment.
Less manual work: Automatically sync tasks between Ninety and Microsoft To Do, ensuring consistency and reducing the time investment (and potential errors) that come with manual entry.

Streamlined task management: With over 300 million professionals using Microsoft 365, this integration offers an immediate, time-saving solution that reduces friction and increases efficiency for busy teams who use multiple tools in their workflow.

How it works

To set up this integration, simply:

  • Navigate to user settings and click on Integrations.
  • Select Microsoft.
  • Toggle the integration on and select your preferred task list from the drop-down.

Once the connection is established, To-Dos assigned to you in Ninety will be visible in Microsoft To Do, Outlook, and Planner. Here’s what you can expect to see for each of these instances:

  • New To-Dos: When a user is assigned a To-Do in Ninety, it will automatically be created in Microsoft To Do.

  • Reassigned To-Dos: When an existing Ninety To-Do is reassigned to a new user, Ninety automatically adds it to Microsoft To Do. The original assignee will have this To-Do removed from their Ninety and Microsoft accounts.

Helpful Hint: Because Microsoft To Do does not support a rich text editor, there may be some description field formatting differences compared to what you see in Ninety.
