New Assessments tool: Improvement starts with insight
The Ninety Assessment tool is the first in a series of new solutions from Ninety that help simplify the hard work that comes with building a great company. Leverage insights from your Ideal Stakeholders to gauge your organization’s current strengths, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and support a thriving organizational culture.
Reasons to love this feature:
Ambitious founders who want to take their organization to the next level need the right data to make smart, informed decisions. Our Assessments tool gives leaders the ability to collect that insight directly from their stakeholders, leading the way to action plans for improved priorities, focus, and culture. Our proprietary assessments are designed to help you improve your organization’s efficiency and effectiveness while tracking your progress along the way, benchmarking progress against proven factors for business success.
And this is only the beginning for the Assessments tool — new assessments and improved functionality to this tool are coming soon. We are working on a version of the EOS Organizational Checkup®, but powered by Ninety, as well as assessments to help you determine your organization’s Stage of Development.
Key Benefits
- Access raw insights, uncover weaknesses, and understand what you can’t see on your own.
- Improve your team productivity and communication by collecting holistic feedback from people across your organization.
- Simplify the process of upgrading your BOS by determining where your biggest opportunities lie.
- Benchmark the strength of your BOS by taking the quarterly Org Fitness Review assessment to track and quantify your organization’s progress. Ninety’s assessments help teams at the beginning of their BOS upgrade journey create a baseline and continuously track improvement over time.
- Create an environment where team members feel heard — one of the core components associated with a great culture.
- Enable coaches to better support clients by assessing their organizational opportunities and maturity.
How it works:
Leadership team members can start a new assessment by navigating to the Assessments tab and selecting “Launch New.”
You will be presented with options to select assessments that pertain to your Business Operating System, the duration of your assessment, and the teams or people you would like to participate.
Currently, the following assessments are available for all teams using the 90os Business Operating System:
Baseline Assessment: Designed to be taken when a company first adopts Ninety. It will measure your Org Fitness, BOS Readiness, and Coach Readiness.
Org Fitness Review: Designed to be taken by companies once per quarter (and after they have taken the Baseline Assessment) to gauge progress.
What's next?
It's that simple! Once the assessment is administered, track the number of responses as your results come in. You’ll be able to end an assessment early or wait for results after the duration of your assessment ends. Preview your assessment results by opening the assessment details, or print a report of your results to start leveraging those insights. Finally, if you conduct the assessment quarterly, we recommend adding the results to your quarterly Scorecard so you can see your progress — and, once you're where you need to be, ensure that things aren’t sliding backward.
